FAQ

How long until I get my enhanced photos?＋

Enhanced copies are targeted within 20 days after your shoot. Frames and prints follow within 30 days after enhanced copies are delivered.

Can I reschedule?＋

Yes — message us at least 3 days before your slot and we will move you to any available slot.

My school is not on the attire list. What do I do?＋

Chat us on Messenger — we can do digital emblem insertion, hood recolor, or you may bring your own toga (pre-approval via chat).
